Membership Refunds: You can cancel and receive a full refund within the first 30 days of your paid membership by emailing email@example.com. At that time, you will also be removed from and refunded for any additional ongoing WayBetter services (games/bets) you’ve opted into.*
Results Guarantee: If you aren’t happy with your results after six months of membership, we’ll refund your membership fees! All we require is that you try our app and give it your best shot. To qualify for our results guarantee, you must have joined and completed at least five WayBetter games during the membership period in question. To request a “results guaranteed” refund email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after your membership ends.*
*Per Apple's policy, which extends to all of their apps, we're unable to affect, in any way, billing via the App Store and can't directly issue a refund to you.
If you'd like to request a refund, you can do so by signing into your Apple ID at http://reportaproblem.apple.com/ and should hear back from Apple within a few days to a week with whether your request for a refund is approved.
