When you join a WayBetter game, you’ll have the option to place a bet on your success. When you complete all of the activities on time, you’ll earn that money back plus a little extra. The money in the pot (collective bets) is split between all of the players who place a bet AND successfully finish the game.
Players who place a bet, but do not finish, will not receive a payout. Players who did not place a bet will not receive a payout (regardless of whether they finish the game).
