If you need to leave a game, email us at support@waybetter.com. You can receive a refund for that game (no questions asked) within 3 days of the game’s start date. If you joined a game after it was in progress, the 3 day grace period is still calculated from the date the game started, not the date you joined.
Special exceptions MAY be made after the 3 day period for verified medical reasons. Send us an email with documentation of your situation, and we’ll consider refunds on a case by case basis.
To keep things fair for winning players, no refunds will be made after the game ends. No exceptions.
